Happy Valley Homestay sits on Main Lebong Cart Road, just above the terraced slopes of the legendary Happy Valley Tea Estate. Our rooms open to the living breath of Darjeeling — the scent of fresh-plucked tea leaves carried on the morning breeze, and the endless green cascade of the oldest tea garden in the hills.

We are a small, family-run stay. On clear days, watch the ridgelines of Sandakphu and Tonglu rise above the clouds — and below, the full sweep of Darjeeling town unfolds like a map, rooftop by rooftop, all the way down the valley. Expect hot home-cooked Nepali meals, bottomless pots of first-flush tea, and hosts who know every trail worth walking.
